SANITARY SEWER HOOKUP-NOTICE
Dear Homeowners
The installation of the Sanitary Sewer that will provide service to your home is now complete. You may begin the final hookup to your house plumbing after Sept 16, 2004 , This should be completed within six months.
As previously discussed, you will need the services of a licensed plumber to complete this portion of the work, which is completely within your property_ This includes:
Renovating / filling / disabling the present septic system.
Connection of the house trap and discharge pipe to the Sanitary Sewer House Connection that has been installed next to the curb line of your property.
(Your plumber will have the exact location in the permit)
Removal of any interim arrangements that may have been used to discharge house wastewater (washing machine discharge) to the curb.
In six months, your Water Bill will be adjusted to include Sewer Rent for the ongoing use of the Sanitary Sewer system.
The project contractor will continue working on the remaining phases of this project. Final restoration and paving of streets will be completed as scheduled.
